Welcome to tiny grocer ABQ! We’re an independent grocery store, café and apothecary featuring fresh, locally grown produce and goods from local farmers and producers.
We are also passionate about making food accessible to our community and neighbors.
That a reason we started Community Supper and Today’s Plate.
Both are PAY-WHAT-YOU-CAN. There’s no set price and no questions asked. If you can pay the suggested price, great. If you can pay a little more, that helps cover a meal for someone else. And if you can’t pay today, you can still eat.
It’s really that simple.
Community Supper gives us a chance to sit down and share a meal together, while Today’s Plate brings that same idea into the everyday work of the restaurant. Both depend on community support to keep going.
Every contribution helps us buy ingredients, pay the people doing the work, and keep these meals available to anyone who needs or wants one.
